Common Entrance Test (CET)

• The admissions to various programmes in the University is based on merit a candidate attains in the CET.
  
  
• A prospective candidate -immediately on the submission of the Application Form - is issued his/her Roll Number, Examination Center, Date and Time of examination etc. via a single window system.
  
  
• The results are declared as per fixed schedule to facilitate time bound counseling.

Application Procedure for CET 2006

1. Procure Application Form and Admission Brochure:

• From select branches of Punjab & Sind Bank by baying Rs.750/-
  
• Via Registered/Speed Post by sending a request to Deputy Registrar (Academic - I), Room No. 108, Administrative Block, Guru Govind Singh Indraprastha University, Kasmere Gate, Delhi 110006 along with a Demand Draft/Pay Order of Rs.800 in favour of Registrar, Guru Govind Singh Indraprastha University, payable at Delhi and a self addressed envelope of size not less than 24cms X 30cms. The envelope requesting for the Brochure and Application Form should be super-scribed at the left top corner as "REQUEST FOR ADMISSION FORM/BROCHURE - I.
